Max Verstappen: There is nothing to rebuild at Red Bull.
Max Verstappen disagrees with the opinion that Red Bull Racing is going through a period of team restructuring after the departure of several key specialists. According to the four-time world champion, the team has maintained a strong structure, and the changes taking place are nothing more than adjustments to internal processes.
Max Verstappen: "I wouldn't say that the team is going through a restructuring period. There is nothing to restructure here because Red Bull still has a very strong structure that continues to work effectively.
You can't say that a few people left and the others suddenly stopped understanding what to do. Therefore, I don't think this is about restructuring. Rather, we are just refining certain elements.
As I said, this team is like a second family to me, and I really enjoy working with the people who are here. I always strive for the best, just like everyone in the team. We try to do everything possible to get closer to perfection. But achieving that is not easy because there is very high competition in Formula 1."
