The verdict on the McLaren appeal will be issued in 2-3 weeks.

On Tuesday in Paris, the appeal of McLaren regarding the penalties imposed on Pierre Gasly during the Monaco race, which were later canceled, was reviewed. Team principal Andrea Stella mentioned two issues for which McLaren sought clarification. The first is the adherence to fairness principles concerning all drivers. The second is directly related to McLaren's interests – due to the cancellation of Gasly's penalties, the team and Oscar Piastri lost points. According to BBC Sport, McLaren's lawyers presented their arguments; however, the team will have to wait some time for a decision from the FIA International Appeal Court. The British team was informed that the verdict will be delivered within two to three weeks. Thus, by the time the results of the Monaco Grand Prix are officially confirmed, three months will have passed since the race.
