Isaac Hajar is preparing to return to the wheel.

      Isaac Hajar suffered a wrist injury before the Dutch Grand Prix, so he had to miss the race in Zandvoort. Liam Lawson successfully replaced him in the Red Bull Racing team, finishing seventh, while the New Zealander's seat in the Racing Bull car was taken by reserve driver Yuki Tsunoda – who also performed quite well, although he was unable to score points.

      However, Hajar is likely to return to action in Monza. According to RacingNews365, the French driver and his team have been taking all possible measures for a speedy recovery, which raises hopes that he will be able to participate in the Italian Grand Prix.

      The publication – however, without citing any sources – reports that Isaac and his team are quite optimistic and will announce their decision on Wednesday, while an intensive rehabilitation program will continue over the next few days.

      It is also expected that in addition to a medical examination, Hajar will need to work on the simulator at the team's base in Milton Keynes, although, as the author of the text admits, he has no precise information on how Red Bull plans to assess the driver's readiness to return to the wheel.

      The results of these checks will determine who will be Max Verstappen's and Arvid Lindblad's partners during the Italian race weekend. In the worst-case scenario, they can always revert to the scenario that was successfully tested in the Netherlands.
