Red Bull is negotiating with Hadjar about a new contract.

      Red Bull is satisfied with Isaac Hajar's performance this season, and they are already in negotiations with him to extend his contract until 2027. An official statement on this matter is expected soon, according to Auto Motor und Sport.

      In previous years, Max Verstappen has had several teammates, but only Isaac manages to perform almost at the level of the four-time world champion, and he doesn't lose by much. This is also facilitated by the fact that Formula 1 has switched to new-generation technology this season, so all drivers are on equal footing.

      Moreover, as the German publication reports, under Laurent Mekies, Red Bull Racing has changed its approach to the second car: the team has moved away from the previous practice of focusing primarily on Verstappen. Now the team is trying to act more balanced, which clearly benefits Hajar.

      He had to miss the Dutch Grand Prix due to injury, but Red Bull shared a short video in which Isaac says, "My hand is healing quickly, wrist mobility improves every day, and I hope to be back behind the wheel in Monza."

      In the next two days, it will be revealed whether his hopes will come true, and then Liam Lawson will return to Racing Bulls, while Yuki Tsunoda will go to the reserve bench. There has been no official confirmation that both will continue to work with the Red Bull teams next season, but we cited the opinion of Peter Bayer, the executive director of Racing Bulls, that no changes in the lineup are anticipated.
