Alonso: The team has checked several settings.

      Lance Stroll and Fernando Alonso clocked ninth and thirteenth in the second practice session of the Australian Grand Prix. Both Aston Martin drivers are happy with the car, but they refuse to make predictions for qualifying.

      Lance Stroll (9th): "It's great to be back at Albert Park, because it's a smooth and fast track. We did a good job today, continuing to get to know AMR25 better and better. It's nice to finish both workouts in the top ten, but tomorrow's results will be important.

      We've seen some positive things, but there are still areas where we need to improve, so we'll work hard tonight to optimize the car for qualifying."

      Fernando Alonso (13th): "It's always great to come to the first Grand Prix of the new season. We continue to study the features of the AMR25. Today, the team checked several settings to determine the direction of further work in the remaining days of the weekend.

      It's only Friday, so there's a lot to analyze. That's what we'll do on the evening before qualifying."
