Norris: I've been working more on myself than on the car.
McLaren's dominance is no longer surprising, and the drivers of this team showed the two best results following training sessions in Saudi Arabia. At the same time, Lando Norris was ahead of his partner by less than two tenths.
Lando Norris (1st): "The weekend started well, the first day was productive, but I worked more on myself than on the car. I mean, first of all, it was important to make sure that I was more comfortable behind the wheel, so that I could drive more confidently.
I think I've managed to achieve this, and everything is going as it should. We've done a lot of laps, gathered a lot of useful information, and at the same time prioritized the various areas that we consider most important in preparing for tomorrow's qualifying."
Oscar Piastri (2nd): "We had a very confident Friday training session. There were some minor difficulties, but I think the car has a good pace. At the same time, it seems that the opponents are not much inferior to us, so we need to deal with a number of points in order to prepare as well as possible for qualifying."
