Frederic Wasser: We need to focus on work

      Ferrari team principal Frederic Wasser believes that critics should calm down about Lewis Hamilton's difficult season, especially since this year he has already brought the Scuderia the only victory so far – in Saturday's sprint.

      Frederic Wasser: "We always try to do our best for the drivers and find a good balance for them. This applies to both cars. In China [after Hamilton's sprint win], we were all excited, now we need to focus on work.

      Our car this year is not a development of last year's car, we really have a new car for which we have yet to find the optimal balance and settings. All the teams are working on this now, sometimes any little thing can change the situation.

      Our task is to focus on the upcoming races. The positive thing is that all of us, including both drivers, are working as a team. We are moving in the same direction, we have a good atmosphere, and this will help us get back into the fight."
