Oliver Oakes commented on his departure from Alpine
Oliver Oakes released a short statement in which he commented on the decision to leave the position of head of the Alpine team.
The British specialist confirmed Flavio Briatore's words that he had left Enstone for personal reasons and thanked Briatore for his support.
"It has been an honor to lead everyone at Enstone," Oliver Oakes said in a statement. – What a team! What a place!
The decision to leave is my personal one. Flavio was like a father to me, supported me from the moment I took up this position, and gave me opportunities.
The team has everything it needs for 2026 to make its dream come true. I believe in Enstone."
