Norris: The dinner at Prince Albert's ball was wonderful!

Lando Norris arrived in Barcelona after winning the Monaco Grand Prix, and, of course, most of the questions that journalists asked him today were somehow related to this achievement and its impact on the mood of the British McLaren driver.

Lando Norris: "At Prince Albert's ball, we were treated to a wonderful dinner! We were sitting at a large table, which was great, because it's a great honor to be invited to such a ball. A rider can only get there if he wins the Monaco Grand Prix. And there we had a conversation with the Prince and the princess, and we had a great time.

Winning in Monaco is a special achievement for several reasons. Can I say that it was the hardest thing for me? Probably not.       I can't say that I felt calm behind the wheel, especially in qualifying. Nothing like that! Qualifying in Monaco is the best lap you've done all season.       When Lando was asked if he feared that McLaren's competitiveness would be affected by the new FIA technical directive, his answer was brief: "I'm not afraid at all. We've made a number of small changes to the car's design, but they won't affect what we're doing in any way."
