Haas team principal states that Cadillac is attracting talent with "generous salaries."

"Caddy is offering very competitive salaries to attract talent."

Cadillac F1 is already making significant investments in the Formula 1 paddock. Scheduled to join the grid next year as the eleventh team with full General Motors support, the team is actively recruiting with the aim of having around 600 employees by 2026. An insider mentioned that Cadillac is currently hiring at a pace of about one new employee each day, with the staff count standing at approximately 330. Recently, Haas lost its trackside operations manager, Pete Crolla, to Cadillac. When asked in Barcelona about Cadillac's proactive recruitment strategy, Haas team principal Ayao Komatsu remarked: "I’m sure Aston Martin would say the same. They’re offering very competitive salaries to attract talent. But that’s part of the game," the Japanese leader added. "I’m not complaining." Former Marussia team principal Graeme Lowdon is already at the helm of Cadillac, along with renowned ex-Renault engineers Nick Chester and Pat Symonds.
