Daniil Kvyat will participate in the Formula E rookie tests taking place on July 14 in Berlin, according to the DS Penske team press release.
Thus, at the upcoming tests, Kvyat will share the car with Nikita Bedrin, whose tests for DS Penske have been previously confirmed.
In February 2025, Kvyat already took part in the Formula E rookie tests in Jeddah. A few years ago, Daniil mentioned that he does not rule out competing in the electric racing series on a permanent basis. Given that Kvyat's racing schedule this season is not very busy (racing for Lamborghini in the 24 Hours of Daytona, the 12 Hours of Sebring, and the IMSA series), it is quite possible that Daniil is seriously considering a move to Formula E.
