Dan Tauris: Cadillac is very important to drivers' experience.

The Cadillac team continues to consider candidates for the driver positions of their two cars in the debut season. CEO Dan Tauris stated that the team is primarily interested in drivers with Formula 1 experience.

When asked on Sky Sports how negotiations with potential candidates are progressing, Tauris jokingly replied, "You know, we hold many secret meetings in dark alleyways of the paddock, bars, and pubs all over the UK. That's where we communicate with drivers!"

Getting more serious, Tauris added, "We are making great efforts because many excellent drivers are vying for the two spots on the team. But I am impressed not only by experienced drivers but also by young talent.

Graham Lown, our team principal, says that in our debut season, we need drivers with experience. Their experience is actually critically important for a new team.

But we still have a lot to decide. We are trying not to rush and to proceed with proper caution. But how many impressive drivers are available."
