Sergio Peres hired a new manager
Sergio Perez's name was among the candidates for a seat at Cadillac, but according to team sources, the choice was made in favor of Valtteri Bottas. However, this does not mean that Sergio has stopped trying to return to Formula 1. Former physical trainer of the Mexican driver, Javi Martos, revealed that Perez recently hired a new manager. "I think many overlook one point," Martos said in the Duralavita podcast. "I don't know if you've read this or not, but Sergio has a new manager. He used to work with Julian Jacob, but now he has a new manager. I'm curious, why did he hire him? If you want to end your racing career, you don't hire a new manager. At least, I wouldn't do that." Rumors suggest that Flavio Briatore is interested in Sergio Perez's services for the next season. In that case, inviting the new manager for negotiations with Alpine is a logical step for the driver.
