Lewis Hamilton has revealed that he no longer possesses any of the luxury supercars that were once stored in his garages in Monaco and Los Angeles. This admission was made in Baku when the Ferrari driver was inquired about his interest in purchasing the brand’s new F80 hypercar.
"I don’t have any cars anymore. I got rid of all my cars," the 40-year-old stated. "I'm more into art these days."
When questioned if he might make an exception, Hamilton smiled and said, "If I were to get a car, it would be the F40. But that’s really more of a piece of art." Earlier this year, Hamilton posed next to Ferrari’s classic F40 in his first official photo in red, but he maintains that his interests have shifted away from cars.
"I really enjoy collecting works by young, emerging black artists and African art," he elaborated. "There’s so much to discover in that realm. That’s what I dedicate most of my time to researching online."
