Oscar Piastri will start the Singapore race third and expects an exciting battle…
Oscar Piastri: “Singapore is, after all, closer to my home, so there are quite a few Australian fans in the grandstands here, and that’s great. I can feel their passionate support, I see a lot of Australian flags, and I hope the crowd will see an exciting race today.
A lot depends on how good my start will be. If it goes well, I’ll try to fight for the win; if not, I’ll have to keep an eye on how the situation ahead of my car develops. We’ll see how it all pans out, and it’s very important to take every opportunity to gain positions.”
