The Williams drivers have been disqualified.

The stewards of the Singapore Grand Prix disqualified Williams drivers Alex Albon and Carlos Sainz, removing them from the qualifying results, for their cars’ non‑compliance with the technical regulations. An inspection after qualifying found that the DRS on both Williams cars opened wider than the 85 millimetres permitted by the regulations, which is a breach of Article 3.10.10 g. The British team acknowledged the breach. In addition, the stewards, by separate decisions, allowed Alex Albon and Carlos Sainz to start the Singapore Grand Prix.
