Lewis Hamilton prepared a report for Ferrari's management.

Lewis Hamilton provided another report to Ferrari's top management, proposing measures to overcome the crisis. He prepared the first report at the management's request after several races at the start of the season; there were several more afterwards.

Hamilton then said: "I'm here to win, and a lot needs to be reconsidered for that. Fernando and Sebastian haven't had success, and I don't want to be the one to continue that trend. Part of my job is to push every department, every employee. The team is a huge organization. Many of its parts work, but not all are working at full capacity."

The Italian Corriere della Sera writes that Hamilton insists on reviewing certain methods and procedures the team uses to carry out its tasks.

Special attention in this letter is paid to the head of the design department, Matteo Toninalli.

After the double disqualification in China his position was already under pressure, and while it passed then, mediocre results and a lack of development have now raised new questions.

In addition, Ferrari has run into serious problems with car setups. After the disqualification in China they had to abandon several setup options, and because of this they had to sacrifice results to some extent in Belgium and Hungary in order to avoid a repeat disqualification. Italian journalists believe that because of this Ferrari will act very conservatively in the remaining races so that after the finish the car can pass all FIA checks.
