Nico Hülkenberg (4th): "I'm very pleased. We were quick from the start of morning practice, it's nice to see that speed held up in qualifying. The car is in good shape, we nailed the setup, which was confirmed by the lap time.
I enjoy racing in Austin, especially when everything comes together. The sprint will be tough, there are a lot of fast cars around, but I'll fight and try to turn a high starting position into a good result."
Gabriel Bortoleto (no time): "I have nothing to say. My first quick lap was cancelled due to going off the track, and I didn't manage to start the second attempt. It's very frustrating, especially since the car was quick in the morning practice.
I'll use the sprint as an opportunity to get to know the track better and assess the car's behavior – this experience will be very helpful when preparing for the main sessions of the weekend."
