Stirling Moss's children are suing over his estate.
Sir Stirling Moss's third wife, Suzy, did not leave a will, and now the legendary racer's children are embroiled in legal battles over their shares of the estate. Sir Stirling died in April 2020, aged 90, leaving an estate of £22 million to his third wife Suzy, who died in 2023 without leaving a will. In the absence of a will, 75% of Moss's estate would have gone to his son, 44-year-old Elliot, and 25% to his 57-year-old daughter Allison. Allison is now suing her half-brother in a London court, seeking to increase her share.
