Aston Martin and Felipe Drugovich have ended their collaboration.
Felipe Drugovich served as Aston Martin’s reserve driver for three seasons, but the recent Las Vegas Grand Prix was his last in that role. The parties have ended their cooperation, wishing each other success in the future.
“We warmly say goodbye to Felipe Drugovich, who spent three years with the team and leaves us after this weekend,” Aston Martin’s press office said. “We wish him all the best for the future.”
The Brazilian driver left this message on social media: “I’m grateful for these three years. I learned a lot, and we shared many great moments. There were some difficulties at times, but we’ll remember only the good and leave the bad behind. The chapter has come to an end, and it’s time to move on. Thank you very much, guys.”
Felipe Drugovich will continue his career in Formula E. In the new season of the electric series he will race for the Andretti team.
