Nico Hülkenberg: I want to confirm our form in Qatar

Sauber have scored points in the last four rounds and continue to fight for seventh place in the Constructors' Championship. The battle will continue this weekend in Qatar, and the team is hoping for further progress.

Jonathan Wheatley, team principal: “It's nice to see the team delivering solid results in recent races. We've all been working hard, and the results show that the effort is paying off. However, we need to work even harder to achieve maximum results with both cars in every race if we want to improve our chances in the Constructors' Championship.

The track in Qatar has been good to us in the past, and we want to continue the run of success and score points again. In the sprint format every session matters, and we want to maximise what we can get from this weekend to strengthen our position in the Constructors' Championship.”

Nico Hülkenberg: “We've been getting strong results lately, and I want to confirm our form at the Losail circuit this weekend. The sprint format is always intense, as we have less time to get everything perfect.

If we continue to operate without mistakes and make the most of the opportunities, we'll be able to maintain the pace we've built.”

Gabriel Bortoleto: “It's nice to be back this weekend at a familiar circuit where I've already shown strong results. The races in Brazil and Vegas were tough, but I'm looking to make up for it in the two remaining rounds of the season.

We've seen the car's potential and know that we're capable of fighting for points in every race if we have a good weekend, so that should be our aim. We'll have two opportunities to deliver a result – in the sprint and in the main race – so we'll try to get the most out of them.”
