Personnel changes at Aston Martin

      There have been personnel changes in the technical staff of the Aston Martin team. Executive Technical Director Bob Bell and Chief Engineer for Optimization and Performance Analysis William Worral have left the Formula 1 team and moved to the Aston Martin Performance Technologies division. Bell has been working in Formula 1 since 1982 – at McLaren, Benetton, Jordan, Renault – where he won two championship titles with Fernando Alonso, then served as Technical Director of Mercedes GP, Consultant for Manor Marussia, Chief Technical Officer of Renault Sport F1 and Alpine, and from 2024 will be the Executive Technical Director of Aston Martin. Worral entered Formula 1 in 1998, worked at Jordan, then at Force India – and followed the entire path to Aston Martin.
