Schumacher downplays Verstappen conflict following 'bullsh*t' comment.

"I have a good opinion of Jos, I have a good opinion of Max - so everything is good."

Ralf Schumacher has downplayed his disagreement with Jos Verstappen, who accused him of speaking "a lot of nonsense." The conflict arose after Schumacher made remarks about the situation at Red Bull, stating that "things are really bad there" and implied that Max Verstappen is missing the guidance of Dr. Helmut Marko. Jos Verstappen responded on social media, leading Schumacher to reply.

"Of course it’s not easy," Ralf shared with Sky Deutschland. "I found that statement to be interesting, and naturally, we need to discuss it - we have already been in touch," he mentioned. "I have a good opinion of Jos, I have a good opinion of Max - so everything is fine. I believe it's a tough time for both of them."

However, Schumacher suggested that the response may have been too intense. "At the moment, the way it’s being expressed comes off as somewhat aggressive. And I think that’s the key issue," he noted. He also maintained his original stance that Marko's absence is being noticed. "Dr. Helmut Marko was a spokesperson for Red Bull and could clarify situations like this," Schumacher explained. "That’s what is a bit lacking at the moment - and I don’t believe it’s solely Max’s responsibility."

Despite the back-and-forth, Schumacher asserted that there is not a more serious problem at hand. "I don’t think it’s an issue. I actually believe it’s fine," he stated.
