      Esteban Ocon: "Let's not rush to conclusions. We need to understand how these amendments will work in practice.

      In the simulator, the amendments work. There is a difference. We no longer need to lift off the throttle and coast during qualifying; we can act more normally, although there is still work to be done. For now, we can't drive exactly in a way that makes us the fastest in the corner, as we would lose out on the next straight. But it's definitely better than it was before.

      What I like most is the new format for preparing for the start of a fast lap in qualifying with automatic activation of all systems before the lap. Now we can prepare well for the last corner and start the lap. Just like last year. But we'll see how it goes in reality. There will probably be other amendments that will allow everything to be finally sorted out."
