Franco Colapinto missed the only practice session of the Canadian Grand Prix due to issues with the power unit. The team did not specify what the problem was, but after the session, Alpine mechanics installed a new energy store on the Argentine driver's car. This is the second energy store of the season, so the replacement is within the allowed limits, and Franco is not penalized.
