Nico Hülkenberg: Monaco can bring surprises

      The Swiss Sauber has participated in the Monaco Grand Prix 33 times under various names, but the factory team Audi F1, established on its basis, will be doing so for the first time, and it is intensively preparing for this important event. How the race will unfold in sporting terms will be revealed in the upcoming weekend, but the team also announced that it will be hosting business partners in a new hospitality area, which will debut in Monaco.

The main goal this weekend is to gradually build up pace, as we face unique challenges on the Monaco track – from the very first lap, the team and drivers must act with maximum confidence. This race marks the beginning of the European stage of the season, and additionally, a new hospitality area for Audi F1 will debut in the paddock this weekend. A lot of effort has gone into it, and we are looking forward to its opening."

      Nico Hülkenberg: "The Monaco weekend is probably the most famous event on the Formula 1 calendar. For me, it's also a home race, with my friends and family attending, which makes it truly special. We face unique challenges on this track: from the very first lap, you need to find your rhythm, as it does not forgive mistakes – they simply cannot be made. There is very fierce competition in the midfield, so it is extremely important to perform as well as possible in qualifying. Monaco can bring surprises, which is what makes this race so special."
