Williams presented an unusual project for the Monaco Grand Prix.

The Williams team, together with its official artificial intelligence partner Claude, has introduced a new project called Pattern of Thought, aimed at showcasing the role of thinking in modern motorsport. The campaign launch coincides with the Monaco Grand Prix, and the main idea is to visualize the reactions and decision-making processes of people working under constant pressure and high speeds.

As part of the campaign, Alex Albon and Carlos Sainz, team principal James Vowles, and other Williams staff used special headsets while working on the simulator and performing everyday tasks. Based on the collected data, Claude created visual representations reflecting the concentration and emotional reactions of the participants.

The resulting design will debut at the Monaco Grand Prix and will be featured on the drivers' helmets and suits, as well as in the team's pit boxes. Additionally, this project will also be showcased at the events in Silverstone, Singapore, and Las Vegas.

James Vowles, team principal, stated: "In Formula 1, we are constantly seeking an advantage, striving to be faster and innovate better. Through our work with Claude, we have been able to unlock creative potential in our pursuit of the ultimate goal – winning the championship. We are proud to visually demonstrate this process as part of the Pattern of Thought project this weekend in Monaco."
