Gabriel Bortoleto: It seems our new products are working.

On Friday, Audi worked with three drivers and were satisfied with the day's results…

Gabriel Bortoleto (10th): "A decent result. I didn't participate in the first practice, so I had to adapt quickly, but everything went well – the feeling in the cockpit was positive.

We brought some new items to the event. It seems they are working, but it's too early to draw conclusions – we will have a clearer picture on Saturday.

The intervals are small, we need to find the optimal balance, feel confident in the car, and complete a clean lap. If we can do that, we will be competitive in qualifying."

Nico Hülkenberg (14th): "Friday went smoothly, without serious problems. We executed our program, as always focusing on tires and balance during practice. Overall, it was a busy day, and we will analyze everything by tomorrow and draw conclusions.

Today I tried our new items for the first time. It's always difficult to directly compare different configuration options, but the first impressions are quite positive. We gathered useful information and will now focus on data analysis to achieve more tomorrow."

Paul Aron (17th in the first session): "It's great to be back behind the wheel of a Formula 1 car; driving these machines is a real pleasure. I enjoyed the practice in Barcelona and was looking forward to continuing, even though we knew the conditions would be challenging due to the heat.

Overall, the session went well, and we completed the planned program. I am satisfied with the speed on the Medium tires, but I couldn't manage a fast lap on the Soft tires at first due to a malfunction, and there wasn't enough time for a second attempt because of the red flag.

The main thing is that we completed all the test tasks and gathered the necessary information. I am grateful to all the Audi and Alpine staff for the opportunity and wish the team all the best for the rest of the weekend."
