Graham Loudon: Our goal is to have a clean weekend.
This year, the British Grand Prix coincides with the Independence Day of the USA. In honor of this event, the Cadillac team cars will be painted in the red, white, and blue colors of the American flag this weekend.
Graham Loudon, team principal: "The Austrian Grand Prix was a tough challenge for us, but there is not a single team in the pits that hasn't faced similar issues. We have been working hard to resolve them.
The updates introduced in Spielberg have proven effective. Our goal in Silverstone is to have a clean weekend to unlock their potential. We understand it won't be easy, but we will take every opportunity to learn and progress."
Sergio Perez: "The team shows great potential, and the individual bursts of speed we demonstrated in Austria are encouraging. However, right now we need to focus on building a solid foundation and unlocking that potential.
To refine the car and develop the team as quickly as possible, we need to log laps and gather information in every session.
The race in Silverstone will not be easy. It looks like we are in for hot weather again, but our team has enough resilience to find a way to succeed. I am looking forward to the weekend and hope to give our American fans another reason to celebrate July 4th."
Valtteri Bottas: "Silverstone is a true driver's track. Very fast, technical, and it makes you think about what you are doing. On this track, a driver can really influence the outcome of the race.
The race in Austria ended poorly, but the weekend itself was positive – at times we were closer to the midfield than to the back. However, this is my third retirement in a row, so the main task now is to achieve reliability so that the car can finish the race."
