Khajar: In my last attempt, I decided to take a risk.

In Saturday's qualifying, Isaac Hajar outpaced his Red Bull Racing teammate Max Verstappen in all three sessions...

Isaac Hajar (5th): "I have mixed feelings about the sprint. There were issues at the start again, I lost a few places and spent the whole race trying to recover. The pace over the distance left a lot to be desired, but I managed to make a few overtakes, and I was close to earning points.

I'm satisfied with the qualifying. Throughout the session, I felt comfortable in the car, improving my time with each lap. In the last attempt, I decided to take a risk, and the car got a bit out of shape. I think without that I could have gone even faster.

Fifth place is probably the maximum result we could achieve. I'm happy. We still lack the speed to compete with Mercedes and Ferrari, but tomorrow we will fight with the McLaren drivers and hopefully earn a solid amount of points."

Max Verstappen (7th): "Unsuccessful qualifying, everything went a bit wrong. There were issues with top speed in the sprint, we made adjustments before qualifying, but throughout the session, we lacked speed on the straights and had an unfortunate balance.

We didn't find anything that could change the situation, so we are almost certain that there is some problem here. It's hard to sort through all the issues we faced today, there's a lot to understand, but we'll see how it goes tomorrow."
