Lindblad: Glad to earn points in the first home Grand Prix

The Racing Bulls team successfully completed the British Grand Prix, matching their best result of the season – sixth place for Liam Lawson and seventh for Arvid Lindblad. In the Constructors' Cup, the team from Faenza reduced the gap to Alpine in the fight for fifth place by one point.

Liam Lawson (6th): “Today the team achieved a fantastic result. We had a strong start, and I had great race pace, so I’m very happy with how everything went today. I’m very proud of the hard work the team has put in, which has allowed us to regularly score points now. We have challenging tracks ahead of us, but I hope we can continue to maintain a positive mindset.”

Arvid Lindblad (7th): “Great day, and I’m glad I scored points in my first home Grand Prix. Racing in front of my fans made the weekend even more special. I had a good start, but in the third corner, I found myself side by side with Max, I had some issues with acceleration and unfortunately lost the position to Max. It’s a shame, but the team achieved a good result, and we’re continuing in the same spirit. The team worked really well, and the updates introduced in Canada made the car even better. So a big thank you to everyone for their hard work.”
