Marcin Budkowski has taken over the Cadillac team.

      During the summer break, there was an unexpected leadership change at Cadillac – Marcin Budkowski replaced Graham Loudon as team principal.

      Marcin has Polish and French roots, and throughout his career in Formula 1, he has held leadership positions at Prost, Ferrari, McLaren, FIA, and Renault/Alpine, and in recent years worked as a consultant.

      Dan Tauris, the team's executive director: "Marcin's appointment is another important step in the ongoing development of the Cadillac team.

      From the very beginning, our goal has been not just to participate in Formula 1, but to create a new generation team capable of competing at the highest level. Entering this new era, Marcin will bring exceptional experience in Formula 1, technical expertise, and strategic leadership that will strengthen our organization and help us develop the winning mindset, tools, and processes necessary for long-term success.
