Hamilton: We need to work better in the remaining races.
After the Dutch Grand Prix, Lewis Hamilton's deficit to Kimi Antonelli in the personal standings grew to 59 points. The Ferrari driver made it clear that he expects the team to improve efficiency in the second half of the season.
Lewis Hamilton: "We need to keep improving the car. There are still many areas where we need to gain. The team has already come a long way, and I am proud of the progress we have made since the start of the season.
The new regulations have been a serious challenge for everyone, and it's only natural that we all made mistakes. But we need to keep working and look for opportunities for further improvements.
Everyone in the team is determined and fully focused on the work. Our team is confident in its abilities, and it's nice to see that. We are constantly finding ways to improve the car and continue to move forward.
I can't ask for more from the team. In the first half of the season, we have already accomplished a lot, but in the second half, we need to work even better and make the most of all the opportunities available to us."
