Formula 1, not IndyCar, remains a priority for Yuki Tsunoda.

We mentioned that in the next season, Yuki Tsunoda may continue his racing career in IndyCar. However, the Japanese driver himself hopes to return to Formula 1 on a permanent basis, and only if that option does not work out will he be ready to consider competing in other series.

Yuki Tsunoda: "It's not my job to react to the publication of various rumors. I completely leave that to my manager, and my job is to drive the car quickly and do what is required of me.

I always think about Formula 1. My main goal is to continue competing in Formula 1 and achieve success. That will always be the case, no matter what happens.

However, I don't want to just sit in the pits for two years – I want to race. If I can't find a seat in Formula 1 next year, then I'll have to consider other series. But until the start of the next season, I will still focus only on Formula 1."
