Norris introduces a junior team with their entry into AIX F3.

"LN4 Fusion focuses on establishing a racing team"

Reigning world champion Lando Norris has initiated his own junior single-seater venture, LN4 Fusion, which will take over the Formula 3 entry of AIX Racing starting in 2027. The new team will also participate in Italian Formula 4 and FRECA, with an application submitted to join Formula 2. The cars will feature Norris’ recognizable fluorescent yellow branding.

"I’ve been fortunate to have incredible people around me during my career, and I understand that reaching Formula 1 requires much more than just talent," Norris stated. "LN4 Fusion is about creating a race team capable of competing with the top teams in junior motorsport, fostering a supportive environment for drivers to grow."

Norris is also personally financing the LN4 Legacy Programme to assist young drivers who might otherwise face barriers to entry. "I want to help generate opportunities for the next generation, both on and off the track, and hopefully make a meaningful impact on young drivers entering the sport."

Former Prema member Rene Rosin will take on the role of team principal, while Formula 3 CEO Bruno Michel remarked that Norris’ involvement is "extremely positive" for the category.
