      Medios italianos influyentes señalan que Charles Leclerc se ha convertido inesperadamente en uno de los pilotos clave en el mercado de 2027, junto a Max Verstappen y Adrian Newey.

      Según La Gazzetta dello Sport, los periodistas Luigi Perna y Mario Salvini describen a Verstappen, a Newey —como diseñador de Aston Martin— y a Leclerc como los "jugadores clave" que están moldeando la siguiente fase del dominó de pilotos.

      El periódico afirma que la situación depende de "las dudas de Max sobre la temporada 2026 de Red Bull y la creciente inquietud de Leclerc en Ferrari".

      A pesar de que Leclerc declara repetidamente su amor por Maranello, el tono en Italia está cambiando, sobre todo tras la reciente reprimenda pública del presidente de Ferrari, John Elkann, diciéndole tanto a Leclerc como a Lewis Hamilton que "hablen menos".

      Hamilton respondió a la controversia sobre Elkann en Las Vegas.

      Turrini también renovó sus críticas a los comentarios públicos de Elkann.
