Aston Martin recalled: they will show the AMR25 on February 23

      Aston Martin confirmed that the video with images of their car, which appeared online on Friday, was distributed exclusively through unofficial channels, and they will present the real AMR25 only on Sunday, February 23.

      According to the Spanish newspaper Marca, the "pirated" video was just a show car based on last year's AMR24, although in a design reminiscent of the current coloring, which the team first demonstrated in London at the general presentation of F1 75 Live.

      The team intends to reveal the 2025 car to the world for the first time tomorrow, it will be done online via social media at 17:00 GMT. Over the past day, the Aston Martin press service has repeatedly reminded us of this, publishing either just an announcement about the upcoming presentation, a video in which Fernando Alonso presents an updated version of his helmet design, or a short video with a very blurry and vague three-dimensional image of a racing car.

      Aston Martin fans are encouraged that the team seems to have figured out the correlation issues that surfaced last year in the process of aerodynamic research – therefore, we can hope for improved results.

      However, Fernando, for all his fighting spirit, prefers to be careful in his forecasts: "At the beginning of this season we will be in a more favorable position, although, of course, there is still a lot of work ahead. A lot of time was lost last year, but we believe we can make up for it quickly now."
