Oscar Piastri holds an interesting event in Melbourne

      Oscar Piastri, along with one of McLaren's sponsors, Mastercard, is holding an interesting event in his native Melbourne: he invited fans to find 20 different items from his souvenir collection hidden throughout the city. It is worth adding that they are all autographed by the Australian racer.

      Hints of where exactly something is hidden are being posted on social media; this campaign started today, and the first five finds have already been discovered in one of the Indian cuisine restaurants near the center of Melbourne.

      "From March 3 to March 6, Oscar is hiding 20 exclusive, signed souvenirs in secret locations throughout Melbourne," the terms of the promotion say. "Fans are invited to take part in this interesting adventure to compete in who will be the first to find each of the hidden treasures."

      This was another idea aimed at drawing attention to the upcoming Australian Grand Prix and a local racer, especially one as popular and successful as Oscar. Last month, he announced a joint project with Grill'd, an Australian fast-food restaurant chain, which has now included a special Oscar Piastri burger on the menu, which he allegedly personally participated in developing.

      Last year, Oscar won two races and finished 4th in the individual standings at the end of the season, of course, making a very important contribution to McLaren's victory in the Constructors' Cup, so in 2025 he is rightfully considered one of the favorites of the World Championship.
