      Oscar Piastri did the best job in the difficult conditions in which he qualified in Bahrain, piloted the McLaren car very confidently and won the pole position for the second time in his career.

I think the first practice session on Friday was a difficult experience for everyone, and it seemed to me that I was driving a rally car rather than a Formula 1 car. But then I felt that driving became more comfortable, and in the third practice session we showed a good pace.

      In qualifying, the opponents got closer to us than I would have liked, but at the crucial moment I still drove a good lap, and that was the most important thing. So I'm very happy.

      Let's see how it goes tomorrow. At the start of the Grand Prix, I will try to be the first to enter turn 1, and then we will see how events will develop. But I think I feel comfortable driving all weekend, and it's always best to start from pole position.
