Audi announced a management reshuffle

Audi continues to reorganize its management structure in preparation for 2026, when Sauber will become the factory team of the German concern.

Adam Baker, Executive Director of Audi Formula Racing (the company responsible for the creation and production of the power plant), left his post by mutual consent, and his position was abolished. Baker's responsibilities will be shared by Christian Feuer, who has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of Audi Formula Racing, and Stefan Dreyer, technical director of Audi Formula Racing.

Audi F1 project Manager Mattia Binotto is responsible for the development of the car and power plant at the Hinwil and Neuburg bases, as well as for the work of the future technology center in the UK.

Gernot Delner, Chairman of the Audi Board of Directors: "We would like to thank Adam Baker for his commitment over the past years. He played a crucial role in shaping the overall strategic concept of Audi's entry into Formula 1 and launched the development of the power plant in Neuburg.

In the person of Christian Feuer, we are bringing a proven expert in the field of Formula 1 power plants into the project. His experience will help ensure the synergy of cooperation and the necessary speed on the path that we have to overcome before the debut."
