Yuki Tsunoda: The problem in the race was within me.

Yuki Tsunoda did not score points in the last four races. At the Silverstone press conference, the Red Bull Racing driver honestly admitted that the lack of results was not only due to the car but also to himself.

Yuki Tsunoda: "The problem in the last race was on my side. I tried to overtake [Franco Colapinto], but I should have waited another lap. Such an attack was completely unnecessary, considering that the car wasn't perfectly suited to me.

As for our race pace, after replacing the front wing and everything else, I had no benchmarks. I tried, but I still can't extract the maximum from the car, especially over the race distance.

In the past few days, the team and I have been working on this, trying to understand what can be improved. We'll try some solutions I hadn't thought of before, so now I look forward to getting on track to become stronger. I hope we'll soon figure out the speed in the fast lap as well.

I feel supported by the team, especially in recent days. That support has grown even more from Christian Horner and Helmut Marko.

I spent some time in the south of the UK with the Red Bull Racing physiotherapist to rest and get some fresh air. This will help me get back into the rhythm and try some things I’ve never done on the track before. The team allowed me to do many things that they probably wouldn’t typically do in normal circumstances."
