Paul Arons will participate in the first session of the Friday free practice sessions at the Hungarian Grand Prix. The Estonian driver will return to the wheel of the Sauber and replace Nico Hülkenberg for one hour. This will be Aron's second experience of participating in a Friday practice session. He previously drove Hülkenberg's car in the first practice at the British Grand Prix at Silverstone. In 2025, Paul Arons is an Alpine reserve driver, but by agreement, he is gaining experience driving a Formula 1 car during race weekends as part of Sauber.
