Aaron: I stopped as a precaution.

In Friday's Hungarian Grand Prix testing, the Sauber team worked with three drivers – Paul Aron was the first to take to the track, and in the second session, the Estonian driver was replaced by Nico Hülkenberg. Gabriel Bortoleto completed both sessions, while Aron was unable to complete the planned program due to technical issues with the car.

Nico Hülkenberg (12th): "For me, the day was not very intense in terms of on-track work, since Paul took over driving in the first session. Unfortunately, due to technical problems, he completed few laps. The situation is not ideal, considering he had the opportunity to drive a Formula 1 car. I sympathize with him.

The second session went smoothly – there were no technical problems, and I felt comfortable in the car from the start. We accomplished our planned program and collected valuable information.

In the evening, we'll review everything and make sure we can get the most out of the car."

Gabriel Bortoleto (17th): "Overall, it’s been a good day, although I’m not completely satisfied with the car. The second session was challenging, especially on soft tires – with them and an empty tank, I had issues with balance.

Nevertheless, the race pace looks promising, and the tests provide an opportunity to perform experiments and learn. I was able to improve my driving style a bit, which is always positive.

On Saturday, we will have another session to optimize the setup before qualifying, and I’m confident we can make the car quick. The team has been working fantastically all season, making steady progress, and I believe we can fight for a good result in Hungary."

Paul Aron (20th in the first session): "First of all, I want to thank the team for giving me the opportunity to get back in the car. After a fantastic weekend at Silverstone, I was looking forward to consolidating my experience and taking another step forward.

The session started well, and my first laps were quite good on hard tires. However, during the next exit from the pits, technical problems occurred, and I had to stop the car as a precaution. It's a shame that the session was shortened for everyone, but that's part of motorsport.

In any case, even a few laps were helpful, and I am grateful for the experience."
