"97 percent of the tickets have already been sold."

Madrid's upcoming Formula 1 race is on track and nearing a sell-out, despite having the highest ticket prices in Europe. As reported by Diario Sport, the 'Madring' circuit, located at IFEMA, has sold over 90,000 tickets, with an average price of around 600 euros—significantly above the typical European rates. Circuit director Jose Vicente de los Mozos affirmed that preparations are proceeding as planned. "The construction is advancing well, ensuring that everything will be ready on schedule," he stated, countering any rumors of potential delays. "97 percent of the tickets available have been sold." In spite of the steep prices, the demand remains robust. "Those who usually traveled to the Middle East are now looking to come to Madrid," de los Mozos noted, alluding to the ongoing issues related to the Iran conflict. "Expectations are extremely high." The Spanish capital is poised to welcome its first Formula 1 race in over forty years this coming September.
