"Be a Hollywood stuntman" is an ideal concept for a video game. It presents a fantastic opportunity to blend wildly different scenarios into a single storyline, erasing the boundary between realism and fantasy. The new trailer for the upcoming Stuntman Hollywood game showcases this beautifully; even if you're not a gaming enthusiast, the clip is a joy to watch.

      Take a look:

I’m confident that my fellow millennials, Gen-Xers, and older friends will catch all the movie and TV references in this clip and enjoy it the most. If you’re not quite in the know, the real charm of this video lies in how it fluidly transitions between musical moments tied to the shows and films as cars smoothly move through scenes.

The standout moment is how The Fast And The Furious seamlessly shifts into Miami Vice. The timing of the classic Miami Vice cymbals just before the iconic white Testarossa makes its appearance is pure cinematic magic.

If you're too young to be nostalgic for Miami Vice, just watch the intro to get the essence. And you can completely bypass the Colin Farrell remake. Here:

A new Stuntman Hollywood game brings a renewed wave of nostalgia since the original games were beloved during the PS2 era. I always found it strange that the series hadn’t been rebooted, and it seems I wasn't alone in that thought. It’s back, everyone.

As a millennial gamer, I’m pleased to see Saber Interactive involved in this new version. They are the team behind Snowrunner, which excellently showcases vehicular physics.

While there’s no official release date for this new Stuntman Hollywood game, it’s slated for XBox, PS5, and PC. Although much of the trailer doesn't show actual gameplay, the studios have confirmed official movie tie-ins. “Take on iconic stunts inspired by fan-favorite Universal Pictures films and NBCUniversal TV shows like Fast & Furious, Back to the Future, Knight Rider, Miami Vice, and Death Race,” the announcement states.

Alright, I’m hitting “publish” now so I can rewatch this clip. This is my favorite hype video in a while, and suddenly my second-favorite car game teaser ever (the 2010 Need for Speed Hot Pursuit E3 Reveal Trailer will always take the top spot).

What’s that? We should watch that again too? Fine:
