The authorities of Bahrain are ready to hold the race this year.

We have repeatedly talked about Formula 1's plans to hold the Bahrain Grand Prix this year, which was canceled in April due to military actions in the Middle East. There is no confirmation yet, but it is expected that the race at the Sakhir circuit will take place on the first weekend of October. Previously, only Formula 1 mentioned the possibility of holding the event, but now Bahrain's Minister of Sustainable Development and the CEO of the country's Economic Development Board, Noor bint Ali Al-Khalifa, has confirmed that negotiations are taking place. "What happened was unpleasant and did not align with our plans," says Noor bint Ali Al-Khalifa. "We hoped that this year would be the year of building a new Bahrain. Discussions are currently underway about the possible return of some races that were previously canceled to the calendar. There are no confirmations yet, but this option is being considered."
