Viktor Marten is the reserve driver for Williams in Spa.

The Williams team announced that during the Belgian race weekend, the team's reserve driver duties will be performed by Victor Marten. He has already replaced Luke Browning at the Canadian stage of the season, as the Brit is competing in the Japanese Super Formula this year: races took place in Suzuka in May, and three races are scheduled at Fuji Speedway on July 18-19. Marten, who we know from the F3 youth series (where he won the title in 2022) and F2, was invited to the Williams Racing Academy in 2025, and this season became the team's official test driver, actively participating in the development of the FW48 car. At the base in Grove, Victor regularly collaborates with Alex Albon and Carlos Sainz, and during race weekends mainly works on the simulator, together with the team searching for fine chassis settings. In addition, he competes in the WEC as part of the Alpine Endurance Team.
