Alan Permain: Verstappen is an example for young drivers.

      The head of Racing Bulls, Alan Permain, believes that Arvid Lindblad and Liam Lawson should take a cue from Max Verstappen in how the four-time world champion communicates with the team over the radio. According to Permain, the drivers of his team have access to all of Max's communications so they can learn.

      "We analyze GPS data and listen to Max's radio communications," Alan Permain said at a press meeting. "I constantly tell our drivers: 'Listen to how he communicates with the team. Listen to how calmly he always speaks and how accurately he provides feedback.'

      I think Max is a great example for young drivers. That's why I call him a benchmark. It's not just about speed. It's also important how he behaves on and off the track. From my perspective, Verstappen has an exemplary approach. That's why I encourage our drivers to take inspiration from him."
