Jack Crawford spoke about working with Fernando Alonso.

Aston Martin reserve driver Jack Crawford said that working with Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll helps him gain experience. Most of the time, Jack spends at the team's base, working on the simulator, but he has already participated in the first practice sessions at the races in Japan, Austria, and Belgium three times this season. Jack knows that there is no place for him as a main driver next season, but he notes that Aston Martin wants him to race regularly so that he can replace Alonso or Stroll at the wheel if necessary. Jack Crawford: "It's great to be around such experienced drivers who have so many stories behind them. It feels like motorsport hasn't changed much – whether we're talking about today or the times when Fernando was winning world championships. From his stories, it seems the principles have remained the same. I work a lot on the simulator, so before each race, I can tell Fernando and Lance everything we've learned, explain how the car's behavior on the simulator corresponds to what they can expect on the track, and what to anticipate over the weekend. Aston Martin has already told me that if I remain in the same role next year, they would like me to continue racing. The team wants me to be ready to get behind the wheel at any moment. Unless I am offered a permanent seat in Formula 1 or need to replace one of the main drivers during the season, the team wants me to keep racing and stay in good shape. This is also part of their approach – they want me to always be ready to start."
