Esteban Ocon: Our best Friday of the season!
Haas F1 are pleased with the results from Friday in Singapore…
Esteban Ocon (7th): “A good day. I’m very happy! I think this is our best Friday of the season. We keep working, trying to get better grip and balance; usually a lot changes overnight. We’ll see what tomorrow brings. It’s important to preserve today’s feeling as much as possible and just make small adjustments before tomorrow.”
Oliver Bearman (12th): “The car is quick, the day went well. In the first session I was getting to know it; in the second practice I felt I found the right rhythm and was able to get more out of the car. The red flags complicated things by not allowing us to do a few laps with a heavier fuel load, and we decided to focus on qualifying pace – and that decision proved correct, everyone did the same.”
